Anthony Davis will likely be the #1 pick heading to New Orleans
In the NBA Draft Lottery tonight, the Brooklyn Nets were big losers as their #6 pick headed to Portland to complete the Gerald Wallace trade. The #6 slot was the most likely position heading in, so nobody should be surprised that this was the outcome. If the Nets are unable to resign Gerald Wallace, they have traded their #6 pick in this year’s draft, which could have been used to acquire Dwight Howard, for nothing.
